Terms and conditions covering all of the service

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Lokvi service (“the Service”), which enables businesses to manage their Google listing, collect customer reviews, automate replies, posts and photos, and run a loyalty program.

Creating an account or using the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

The Service is accessible via registration, or via Google or Apple sign-in. Some features require authorization to access your Google My Business listing via OAuth, which you can revoke at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service includes a free trial of 14 days, with no commitment. The trial includes 10 free SMS, granted once only for its entire duration. Purchasing SMS beyond this allowance is not available during the trial, and no charge is made before the first billing date. After the trial, access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Features based on artificial intelligence (review replies, posts, photos) are included in the subscription with no volume limit, subject to use in accordance with Article 6. Only SMS sends are counted. Current pricing is available on the Service's Pricing page and may change.

Billing: prices are shown including all taxes. The subscription is taken out monthly or yearly and paid by credit card via our payment provider Stripe. Payment is charged automatically on each due date until cancellation. Invoices and the payment method are accessible at any time from the Billing section of your account.

SMS: each monthly billing date resets the included allowance to the number of SMS provided by the selected plan. This allowance does not roll over from one month to the next, and any unused balance is lost on renewal. SMS purchased in addition to the plan, however, do not expire and remain yours. In both cases, they cannot be refunded, converted into cash, or transferred to another account.

No SMS are purchased automatically. Once the allowance is used up, SMS sending is suspended until the next renewal, or until you make a purchase from the Billing section. These purchases are billed per unit, at the rate displayed on the Pricing page, and charged immediately to the subscription payment method.

Changes and refunds: you can change your plan (number of listings, billing frequency) at any time from the Billing section, with the difference calculated pro rata for the current period. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata in the event of cancellation, and access remains open until the end of the paid period.

You agree to:

• Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws
• Do not request customer reviews in a misleading way or in violation of Google rules
• Obtain the required consent before sending your customers' contact details to the Service (email, phone) for review collection or loyalty
• Do not impair the proper functioning of the Service or integrated third-party services (Google, Apple, SMS provider)

Some content (review replies, posts, visuals, descriptions) is generated automatically by artificial intelligence based on the guidelines configured by the business. You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing this content on your Google listing.

The Service, its brand, source code and content are the exclusive property of Lokvi. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user.

Lokvi strives to provide continuous access to the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular in the event of maintenance or unavailability of third-party services (Google, Apple, AI/SMS providers). Lokvi cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from use of the Service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account, with no notice period or cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: until that date, the Service and any ongoing automations remain active, after which access to subscription-based features is interrupted. Any remaining SMS balance is not refunded.

Data associated with your businesses (reviews, loyalty program customers, newsletter subscribers, mini-site) is retained and becomes accessible again if you reactivate your subscription. You can request its deletion under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.

Lokvi may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, after notification by email that remains without effect, or without delay in the event of a serious breach or use that harms the Service, its users or integrated third-party services.

Lokvi may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts with authority over the registered office of the publisher Lokvi.
